About the Company

We are a leading commercial general contractor with a strong presence in the Southeast, specializing in complex healthcare construction projects. Our Orlando office is expanding, and we are seeking a seasoned Senior Healthcare Superintendent to lead AHCA-regulated projects with precision, professionalism, and a passion for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily on-site operations for healthcare construction projects.
• Ensure full compliance with AHCA (Agency for Health Care Administration) standards and inspections.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and healthcare facility staff.
• Implement and enforce infection control protocols and ICRA procedures.
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and site inspections.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for AHCA inspectors and healthcare administrators.
• Mentor junior superintendents and field staff.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience as a Superintendent on AHCA-regulated healthcare projects .
• Proven track record of successful delivery of hospital, surgical center, or medical office projects.
• Strong knowledge of ICRA , OSHA , and AHCA compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• ICRA certification preferred.
