About the Role:

We are seeking a Sales Team Lead to focus on lead generation and nurturing potential customers. Our expertise spans promotional events, brand representation, and direct marketing strategies to acquire new customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage face-to-face daily with potential new consumers and educate them on current promotions
• Provide excellent customer service for existing clientele
• Represent the brand through direct marketing campaigns
• Interact with consumers and provide quality customer service.
• Act as a point person for all consumer relations
• Generate leads and drive SALES

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or retail/customer service
• Demonstrated leadership, training, or mentorship ability
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Availability to work on-site and travel within designated markets
