Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Sr. Project Manager, Airport Technologies.



Position type: Direct Hire 
Duration: Full-time
Location: Novi, MI, with frequent travel to customer sites

As a(n) Sr. Project Manager:


This role is essential to ensure the effective development and delivery of airport baggage handling systems to customers, leading cross-functional teams of engineers and subcontractors to design and commission solutions at major airports worldwide.



Responsibilities: 
• Lead cross-functional teams of mechanical, electrical, and software engineers, as well as subcontractors.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Conduct project review meetings, manage all meeting documentation, and facilitate communication with customers and stakeholders.
• Monitor engineering progress and ensure downstream activities are supported.
• Oversee cash flow schedules, drawing submittals, and major sub-contracts.
• Collaborate with accounting to issue invoices and maintain accurate job status reports.
• Perform site visits, including walking project sites and climbing access ladders as needed.



Qualifications: 
• 10+ years of experience in Airport Baggage Handling Project Management.
• Proven success in leading cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale projects on time and within budget.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to interact with all organizational levels and customers.
• Proficiency in computer scheduling tools, preferably Primavera.!!!!
• Experience managing cash flow schedules, drawing submittals, and sub-contractor relationships.
• Ability to travel frequently and perform physical site inspections.
• Engineering degree preferred (or equivalent experience).

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $106K – 141K
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
