Why Join Us?

  • Being mentored by award-winning attorneys and subject matter experts in consumer protection and housing law.
  • Collaborating with a diverse team committed to professional development and community impact.
  • Contributing to meaningful outcomes for at-risk clients in a supportive, hybrid work environment (where applicable).

Our attorneys and staff often go on to serve as hearing officers, magistrates, judges, and leaders in the legal community.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary based on experience, plus a sign-on bonus.
  • Hybrid work model available for some roles.
  • Comprehensive benefits package: medical, dental, vision, long-term disability, life insurance, and 401(k) with 6% match.
  • Generous paid leave: 13 holidays, 22 personal days in the first year, and a month-long sabbatical every 4 years.
  • Membership in Access Perks, a private discount network.

If you're looking for more than just a job - if you want to grow as a litigator while making a real difference for your community - we'd love to hear from you.
