Salary: $70K-$80K base salary plus commission

• Are you a seasoned sales professional with a passion for developing new clients and strengthening existing business relationships?
• If so, a well-established 80+ year old company that is opening up a new facility in the heart of Greenville is looking for a Sales Team Leader!

What your future day will look like:

• Tailor sales strategies for the company's product lines to the Architectural, Construction, Commercial Property and Hospitality Markets.
• Foster strong relationships with company clients and contacts including handling inbound leads along with business development
• Will eventually play a role in building and mentoring a sales team to continue to gain market share
• Respond to customer bids and inquiries
• Work closely with marketing to channel lead generation and optimize product positioning in the market.
• Monitor business/market trends and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities.
• Manage CRM system (Salesforce) to track sales pipelines, forecast revenue, and monitor sales activities.
• Routinely travel to and participate in trade shows, client meetings and other industry events.

Benefits Offered:

• Company offers a very competitive benefits package!
• Healthy base salary and commission package with first year total compensation being in the $125K-$130K range

Type: Direct Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field is required.
• 3+ years of outside sales experience
• Experience selling in the Architectural, Construction, Commercial Property and Hospitality sectors
• Strong experience with CRM software (Salesforce experience is highly preferred)
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
