Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Administrative Assistant to join our prestigious law group in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answering and directing phone calls professionally.

- Greeting clients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor.

- Preparing conference rooms for meetings and events.

- Organizing team lunches and ensuring all arrangements are in place.

- Managing food and supply orders to maintain office efficiency.

- Setting up and managing Zoom meetings for virtual conferences. -

- Handling various administrative duties as required.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Proven experience with Zoom and Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Experience in fielding phone calls and managing a multi-line phone system.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

Compensation:

$17/hr to $25/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite location.
