Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Receptionist at Aeterna Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, located in McAllen, TX, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, greeting and assisting patients, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, handling clerical tasks, and providing excellent customer service. Other responsibilities may include maintaining patient records, coordinating communications, and supporting the administrative team.
