Paid Social Media Buyer

40 hours/week

Hybrid: WFH Mon and Fri; Tue-Thu onsite in Orlando, FL

Duration: through end of year with opportunity to extend or convert to fulltime

Pay Rate: $29.41/hr

You must have experience working with budgets larger than $250K/year

Paid Media Buyer (In-House)

The Paid Media Buyer is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid social campaigns to drive brand growth, lead generation, and conversions for the company. This role manages budgets, identifies target audiences, and analyzes performance to ensure campaigns meet business objectives. Working closely with internal marketing and creative teams, the Paid Media Buyer ensures all campaigns align with brand voice and overall strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage in-house paid social campaigns across platforms, specifically Meta, TikTok, SnapChat, and Pinterest.
  • Conduct audience research to create precise targeting strategies for company products and services.
  • Monitor campaign performance, optimize bids, and allocate budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce high-performing ad assets.
  • Perform A/B testing to refine targeting, messaging, and creative approaches.
  • Track KPIs, prepare reports, and present insights to the marketing leadership team.
  • Stay current with paid social trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
  • Ensure campaigns integrate seamlessly with broader marketing initiatives.

Required Experience:

  • 2–4 years of experience in paid social media buying, ideally in an in-house marketing environment.
  • Proven success managing campaigns with measurable ROI and lead generation results.
  • Proficiency with Ads Manager platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, tracking, and attribution models.
  • Ability to manage budgets effectively and scale campaigns for growth.
  • Excellent communication skills and collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
