Compensation & Incentives: • Year 1: Guaranteed base salary of $350,000• Bonus: 37.5% of net collections over $1 million
• Year 2 and beyond: 37.5% of net collections

Responsibilities:
Contribute your advanced surgical skills to our respected and collaborative team while seamlessly integrating into the Charlotte, North Carolina, community.

Meet all required qualifications , including:
• DDS or DMD degree
• Completion of an ADA-accredited Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency
• Active North Carolina dental license
Qualifications:
• Candidates applying for the position in Charlotte, NC, US must possess a DDS or DMD degree to be considered eligible.
• Successful completion of an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery certification from ADA-accredited programs is a mandatory requirement for this role.
• Holding a valid dentistry license in the state of North Carolina is essential for applicants seeking this position.
