Job Description

Temporary Filing & Scanning Assistant

Location: Richmond, VA

Pay Rate: $21/hour

Duration: 4-5 weeks

Hours : Monday- Thursday, 9am-4pm

Start Date: ASAP

Background Check Required

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to support a short-term document management project. This role involves organizing, filing, and scanning physical documents into our digital system to ensure accurate and accessible records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sort and organize paper files for scanning
  • Operate scanning equipment and ensure image quality
  • Label and file scanned documents in the appropriate digital folders
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and stay organized
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with scanning software
  • Previous experience in administrative or clerical work is a plus
