Position: Odoo Functional Consultant and Implementation lead

We are looking for a skilled Functional Consultant & Implementation Lead with 3+ years of experience in end-to-end ERP implementation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Odoo, Python, and cloud infrastructure while demonstrating excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

This job will be from Phoenix, Arizona, USA. Assistance in job relocation will be provided. Candidates with valid H1B Visa or B1/B2 visa for US are preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects, including requirement gathering, process mapping, customization, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand functional needs and translate them into ERP solutions.
• Customize and configure Odoo ERP to meet business requirements.
• Develop scripts and automation using Python to enhance ERP functionalities.
• Manage cloud infrastructure deployment and ensure scalability, security, and reliability of ERP solutions.
• Provide training and documentation for end-users to ensure a smooth adoption of the ERP system.
• Collaborate with technical teams, developers, and third-party vendors for integrations and custom module development.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide support for continuous improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle ERP implementation (preferably Odoo).
• Strong knowledge of Odoo framework, Python scripting, and Odoo module customization.
• Prior experience in Product Management / Business Development / entrepreneur environment is must
• Experience in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) for ERP hosting.
• Solid understanding of business processes across multiple domains such as finance, supply chain, HR, and CRM.
• Proficiency in SQL, PostgreSQL, and API integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation abilities.
• Ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Odoo certification or relevant ERP certification.
• Experience in DevOps practices for cloud-based ERP solutions.
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks (JavaScript, XML) for UI customizations

• Understanding of MLOps principles and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF).
• Experience in building real-time applications powered by generative AI.
• Knowledge of distributed systems and scalable architectures.
