Miller's Bio Farm is a regenerative, Amish-owned farm offering raw dairy, truly pastured meats, and nourishing foods delivered directly to customers. Who We're Looking For:

• Experienced : Brings 3+ years of proven marketing experience and at least 1 year as the person primarily responsible for setting strategy, executing the marketing plan and tracking results; confident managing eCommerce platforms, writing compelling content, and understanding customer behavior; background in the natural food movement, raw dairy, and/or holistic health is strongly preferred.

• People-smart & Professional : Leads by example with a clean, respectable appearance, courteous communication, and no-nonsense integrity.

• Detailed & Reliable : Keeps marketing systems running smoothly through consistent follow-through and transparent processes.
• Friendly & Encouraging : Creates a welcoming, family-friendly work environment and is a positive role model.
• Grounded in Values : Comfortable working in a faith-based setting with an understanding of Christian values and Amish culture.
• Tech-Savvy : Comfortable working across Shopify or similar eCommerce platform, Google Workspace, Facebook Business, Google Analytics, Asana, and CRM systems; experience with Canva and Adobe Illustrator is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop & execute multi-channel marketing strategies, including email, social, seasonal campaigns, and product launches.
• Oversee & optimize the eCommerce website, CRM systems, and digital customer experience.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with external developers and marketing partners to improve the digital journey.
• Create & maintain accurate, compliant product labels and marketing materials.
• Conduct market research and performance reporting using analytics tools.
• Participate in budget planning and managing departmental financials.
• Travel approximately 5 times per year for trade shows and related events.

• Salary starts at $80,000 with anticipated earnings up to $96,000
• Eligible for up to 20% annual bonus if company profit goals are achieved
