About Us

We are a fast-growing B2B manufacturer and wholesale supplier of rugged industrial mobile accessories, specializing in high-volume scanner cases used in logistics, warehousing, and other commercial environments. Our clients are corporate procurement teams, wholesale distributors, and enterprise buyers who value speed, reliability, and consistency.

We’re hiring a Part-Time Marketing Lead who will be fully responsible for all marketing activities. You will build and run every aspect of our marketing function—strategy, execution, content creation, campaign management, and performance analysis. You’ll be hands-on and own it all.

⚠️ This is an on-site position only. Remote or hybrid work is not available.

Your Role

This is a high-ownership, hands-on role . You’ll design and run marketing strategies yourself—from writing emails and managing Google Ads to creating sell sheets and launching campaigns. You’ll collaborate with our in-house Website & Technology Lead for technical support and may receive admin help for simple tasks, but the full marketing workload is yours to lead and execute.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the Full Marketing Cycle

  • Develop and execute the complete B2B marketing strategy
  • Plan and implement campaigns independently from concept to reporting
  • Create and manage the full marketing calendar, promotions, and outreach

Demand Generation & Outreach

  • Launch and manage:
  • Email marketing sequences for lead nurturing and reorder prompts
  • LinkedIn campaigns (paid and organic) targeting procurement audiences
  • Account-Based Marketing for strategic enterprise outreach
  • Referral/reorder programs and customer retention tactics

Content Creation

  • Write compelling B2B content: landing pages, sell sheets, emails, social posts, and more
  • Develop industry-focused messaging for wholesale and procurement audiences
  • Source and publish customer testimonials and case studies

Ads & Performance Marketing

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads and track campaign performance
  • Monitor KPIs like cost-per-lead, conversion rates, ROI, and iterate for improvement

Online Presence & SEO

  • Work closely with our Website & Technology Lead to enhance SEO, improve page content, and ensure site performance supports marketing goals

Industry Visibility

  • Research B2B trade directories, publications, and events
  • Lead outreach and content submission for exposure opportunities

What You Bring

  • 3–5+ years of B2B marketing experience , ideally in product-based or industrial sectors
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, email tools, basic SEO , and light design tools (e.g., Canva)
  • Excellent writing and messaging skills for B2B decision-makers
  • Ability to own the full marketing process—from planning to execution
  • Highly organized, results-driven, and self-directed
  • Must work on-site : Wednesdays & Thursdays, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (16 hours/week)
  • This is an in-person position—no hybrid or remote options.
