The Company

A healthcare media company transforming how patients and physicians engage at the point of care. The team partners with major pharma brands to run targeted campaigns, with measurable results delivered via a proprietary digital platform in medical offices.

The Role

This is a mid-level analytics role focused on campaign measurement and internal reporting. You’ll support pre-sales analytics, manage post-campaign insights, and help evolve analytics infrastructure as the business grows.

Scope includes:

• Building and maintaining dashboards (Salesforce, Excel, Tableau or similar)
• Extracting and analyzing data using SQL
• Supporting the sales team with actionable, client-ready insights
• Helping acquire and integrate secondary data (e.g., claims, third-party research)
• Collaborating with data engineers to streamline reporting processes

You’ll need:

• 3+ years in analytics, BI, or campaign reporting
• Hands-on SQL and strong Excel; Salesforce and Tableau experience are a plus
• Comfort working with healthcare or pharma data sets is preferred
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to commercial teams
• Enjoy working in a high-growth, agile environment
