Shift: 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM)

Compensation: $30–$40/hour | Approx. $70K annually (depending on experience)

About the Role

A fast-growing pharmaceutical CDMO is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to support oral solid dosage (OSD) production during 1st shift operations. This role is a key part of the manufacturing team, focused on producing high-quality tablets and capsules for clinical and commercial use. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on GMP manufacturing experience in tablet and capsule formulation, and a working knowledge of blending, granulation, compression, and coating equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and clean OSD manufacturing equipment (e.g., granulators, tablet presses, fluid bed dryers, coaters)
• Execute batch production processes in strict adherence to batch records, SOPs, and cGMP standards
• Assist with material handling, weighing, staging, and documentation tasks
• Perform in-process checks and support Quality Assurance reviews during production runs
• Participate in equipment setup, cleaning, and changeovers
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and cleanliness standards within the manufacturing suite

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in oral solid dose manufacturing within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment
• Familiarity with typical OSD equipment and unit operations (blending, granulation, compression, coating)
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to written procedures and documentation standards
• High school diploma or GED required; technical training or associate degree preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment
