Job Description

Team 360 Staffing, on behalf of DK Law, is looking for a Liens Specialist to join their legal firm.

At DK Law, they don’t just represent their clients. They stand with them-all the way.

They are modern injury and accident attorneys who go all the way for every client, from every background. At the heart of their work is a simple but powerful belief: every client’s experience matters, and they honor it as if it were their own. From the very first call to the final resolution, they approach every case with the mindset that it’s going the distance.

That same mindset fuels their workplace culture. They’re a team of purpose-driven professionals who care deeply, move fast, and never lose sight of the human side of what they do. If you're passionate about making an impact, growing with a team that values excellence and empathy, and being part of something bigger, they’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities:

• Review case files to identify potential liens (Medicare, Medicaid, ERISA, private health insurers, etc.).

• Request and analyze lien statements, medical records, and billing documents.

• Draft dispute letters, compromise proposals, and lien resolution agreements.

• Coordinate with attorneys to strategize lien settlements in clients’ best interests.

• Maintain accurate records of all lien-related communications and resolutions.

• Track lien deadlines, payments, and case distributions.

• Prepare lien resolution reports for attorneys and clients.

• Stay updated on lien laws, Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) regulations, and industry trends.

• Ensure timely resolution to avoid delays in case settlements or disbursements.

• Assist with audits or appeals related to disputed liens.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.

• 2+ years of experience in lien resolution, medical billing, workers’ compensation, or personal injury law.

• Familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid processes, ERISA, and private health insurance liens.

• Strong negotiation, research, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software (e.g., Clio, SmartAdvocate).

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage high-volume caseloads.
