Installation Technician
Location: Lubbock, TX
Contract : 6 months to hire
Pay : $19.00-$21.00/hr
* must have your own transportation
JOB DESCRIPTION
A customer of Insight Global is looking for an Install Technician to support their customer base on site in the Lubbock, TX area. (Ideally looking for one candidate in Amarillo and one candidate in Midland.) These individuals will be responsible for working with the existing customer base in the local area to service security systems at various locations in the local territory. These individuals must be comfortable with long commutes and working lots of Overtime. They will utilize their customer service skills to work directly with the troubling shooting of current systems and getting them cell phone access to the company application for their security system.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
2+ years Alarm experience
Need a Texas Alarm Agents License Current valid State Driver's License and reliable transportation to transport necessary tools and equipment
Familiar with power and hand tools (drills, wire cutters, etc.)
Customer service skills and professionalism over the phone and in person
Ability to work under general supervision and independently at multiple sites daily.
