We are a small, Dallas-based company that helps people around the world build successful e-commerce businesses as well as run a real estate business. Between our real estate ventures and a strong digital presence, no two days look the same — and we’re looking for someone who thrives in that kind of environment.

🔹 What You’ll Do

Office Organization : Keep the office clean, organized, and fully stocked with supplies
Real Estate Support : Assist with subcontractor outreach, price comparisons, and basic research for building projects
Vendor Coordination : Help find and manage subcontractors, negotiate pricing, and assist with project tracking
Admin Tasks : Handle mail, manage office bills, take out trash, and maintain an organized and clean workspace
General Support : Be a reliable right hand to our leadership team across multiple business verticals while supporting the CEO majorly with everyday personal/business tasks.

🔹 What We’re Looking For

Strong communication skills and a solutions-first mindset
Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
Professional and confident when handling client disputes or vendor negotiations
Comfortable multitasking and working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
Must be available to work in-office full-time in Dallas, Monday through Friday

Pay: $47,000 salary
