This isn’t a paper-pushing gig. It’s boots-on-the-ground recruiting, fast-paced decision-making, and relationship-building with clients and job seekers who trust you to deliver.
What You’ll Do:
Recruit like a beast. Find, screen, and place top talent for industrial, office, and skilled positions.
Own the process. From job postings and interviews to reference checks and onboarding — you make it happen.
Solve real problems. Clients call us with urgent needs, and you come through — even when it’s last-minute or messy.
Build strong relationships. You’ll be a trusted advisor to job seekers and a partner to our business clients.
Stay sharp. Know the market, know your people, and always be two steps ahead.
What You Bring:
Experience in recruiting, staffing, HR, or sales — or just a wild passion for helping people and solving problems.
Exceptional communication skills — on the phone, over email, in person.
Ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
Grit, resilience, and a “I’m a Badass” attitude when stuff hits the fan.
Bonus points for bilingual skills, staffing agency experience, or awesome customer service experience.
