Job Description

Join a dynamic team supporting product testing and quality assurance in a fast-paced contract manufacturing environment. Under the direction of Test Engineers and Managers, you’ll conduct performance and safety tests, analyze data, and maintain lab equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform tests to ensure product safety and performance
• Investigate product components and compile reports
• Maintain lab equipment and document findings
• Collaborate with team members and support process improvements

Qualifications:

• AA degree or technical certification preferred (or 2+ years of experience)
• Hands-on experience in automated assembly (SMT, through-hole, adhesives, etc.)
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Requirements:

• Ability to lift 40 lbs. and perform physical tasks
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Willingness to cross-train and occasionally travel (under 5%)
