We're looking for a Director of Production to lead high-stakes operations in a fast-paced, quality-defense technology company that builds artificial intelligence and autonomous systems for military applications particularly for airborne operations.

What You’ll Own

• Production Strategy & Execution : Drive end-to-end planning, scheduling, and cost control.
• Cross-Functional Leadership : Align manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and R&D into a single, high-performing unit.
• Global Supply Chain Oversight : Manage outsourcing, vendor relationships, and supply resilience across borders.
• Quality & Compliance Mastery : Ensure excellence through Lean/Six Sigma, regulatory adherence, and continuous improvement.
• Team Building : Recruit, mentor, and empower a world-class production team.
• Tech-Forward Thinking : Champion automation, data, and process innovation at every level.

What You Bring

• 10+ years in production/manufacturing leadership (automotive, aerospace, or similar).
• Proven success leading cross-functional and global teams.
• Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and advanced manufacturing methods.
• Executive-level communication and decision-making skills.
• Ability to travel internationally 50% of the time (India-based operations).
• Bachelor’s in Engineering or related; Master’s preferred.
