NECA, LLC. is known as National Entertainment Collectibles Association, one of the leading manufacturers for licensed merchandise. Since the inception of its toy division in 2002, NECA became synonymous with the horror genre, releasing some of the most sought-after collectibles for slasher icons such as Michael Myers, Jason Voorhees, and Freddy Krueger, while shining a light on niche characters like Sam from Trick-r-Treat. In the years since, NECA has also become a staple collectible manufacturer for the Alien & Predator franchises, and more recently, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles!

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Data Integration Associate to support the accuracy and upkeep of product information within our internal systems. This role is ideal for someone looking to begin a career in business operations or sourcing. You’ll play a critical role in product setup, data validation, and PO generation, while also assisting VP of Development and Manufacturing with cross-functional coordination, project tracking, and process documentation.

This position is based on-site Monday - Friday in Hillside, New Jersey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and update product data (e.g., SKUs, UPCs, item descriptions/ details, pricing, license information, supplier information) in Sage X3.
• Enter and update purchase orders in Sage X3.
• Perform regular data audits to identify and resolve inconsistencies or incomplete records.
• Maintain organized documentation of product changes, processes, and system entries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect missing data or clarify setup needs.
• Assist with reporting tasks (e.g., pulling basic data exports, formatting Excel reports).
• Participate in internal meetings to take notes, follow up on action items, and help keep teams aligned.
• Assist with system testing or data cleanup efforts as needed to support broader process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1+ years of administrative or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Sage X3), preferred.
• Comfort with Microsoft Excel (filters, formulas, VLOOKUP, basic formatting).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate across departments.

The compensation for this position based onsite in Hillside, New Jersey is $50,000.00 per year.
