Job Title: Content Strategist II

Pay Rate: $42/hour. to $45.15/hour. DOE.

Location: Culver City, CA 90232

• Hard Stop in November 100% Onsite Working Location will be Culver City CA

Duration: Till 11/21/2025, could be extended longer.

Content Scheduling Associate

Summary:

• The Content Scheduling team sets the release strategy for Originals and uses a variety of data points to inform the optimal rollout of content across our slate.
• We are seeking a Content Scheduling Associate to help create and distribute content planning schedules, suggest effective scheduling strategies that maximize subscriber acquisition, engagement, and retention, and track competitive release dates.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update all Scheduling information and communicate any scheduling changes to cross-functional partners
• Attend weekly production meetings to learn about key updates to estimated launch timing and any changes in production or post that may impact scheduling decisions and strategy.
• Utilize quantitative and qualitative performance data to recommend ideas to improve audience engagement and scheduling strategy.
• Track competitive release schedules and analyze their strategy in comparison.
• Support with long term and ad-hoc projects

Requirements

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience at either a major media company or in a related field
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to understand how to apply data and insights to strategy to help drive results
• Passionate about TV, Film, and programming strategy
• Problem-solving skills and great attention to detail
• Experience using Airtable, NPOWER, Tableau, Keynote, and Numbers.
• Bachelor's degree required.
