The Association for Uncrewed Vehicle Systems International (AUVSI), the world's largest nonprofit organization dedicated to the advancement of uncrewed systems and robotics, represents corporations and professionals from more than 60 countries involved in industry, government, and academia. AUVSI members work in the defense, civil and commercial markets. We pride ourselves on being the leading trade association serving a growing autonomous vehicle industry sector including drones, automated and remotely operated ground and maritime vehicles, and their related components and systems.
The Opportunity
The Association is seeking a proactive and highly organized individual to join our team as a Client Relationship Coordinator. In this role, they will support contract workflows, track deliverables, contribute to outbound marketing activities, and maintain critical sales and engagement data. This position plays a key role in creating a seamless experience for both internal stakeholders and external partners by coordinating contract processes, ensuring Salesforce data accuracy, assisting with marketing initiatives, and advancing member engagement efforts.
The ideal candidate will be a collaborative, detail-driven professional who thrives on managing multiple priorities, following direction, solving problems independently, and maintaining strong organizational systems. They should be knowledgeable and savvy with technology, motivated to find solutions, and eager to contribute to the Association’s growth and success through operational excellence and member-focused support.
