Member Services Specialist
Overview:
We're looking for a Customer Service Specialist who can deliver top-notch service and ensure a smooth, positive experience for all members. This role is all about helping members resolve issues, process inquiries, and maintain satisfaction, with a key focus on loyalty and engagement.
Details:
Location: 100% in-office at the Fulfillment Center in La Vergne, TN.
Schedule: Full-time, five days per week, with flexible hours based on workload.
Eligibility: No relocation allowance or visa sponsorship available.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support: Assist members with platform inquiries and ensure prompt, accurate responses.
Order Assistance: Manage questions related to online orders, including delivery concerns.
Issue Resolution: Address complaints or challenges efficiently and professionally.
Collaboration: Coordinate with other teams to maintain a seamless member experience.
Training: Help onboard and train new team members.
Vendor Interaction: Communicate directly with partner vendors for inquiries or support.
What Success Looks Like (KPIs):
Meet or exceed response and resolution time goals.
Maintain high accuracy in resolving member support tickets.
Achieve target satisfaction scores from member feedback.
Effectively complete assigned tasks and projects on time.
Requirements
Requirements:
Education: High school diploma required; bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Experience: 2-4 years in customer service, ideally within e-commerce.
Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
